Pharmbills is looking for an Accountant to manage client accounts and financial transactions. The Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of healthcare providers, allowing them to focus on patient care. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing client accounts by cooperating with insurance companies and updating patient records.
  • Tracking payments and billing by processing, monitoring, and verifying financial transactions.
  • Performing data entry and policy verification to keep insurance and financial records up to date.
  • Generating monthly financial summaries and client-requested reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and security guidelines.
  • Providing problem-solving and support by assisting in resolving account issues and internal system tickets.
Pharmbills requires candidates to have:
  • Experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial reports, including P&L.
  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
  • A proactive approach and ability to operate independently.
