Accounts Receivable Specialist at Pharmbills

Pharmbills is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Portugal. The company has over 1,000 team members across 7 countries. Pharmbills ensures healthcare providers are supported through invoice processing.This role involves tracking payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining financial records for U.S. healthcare companies.

• Preparing and reviewing invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Tracking and resolving billing discrepancies, cooperating closely with clients and internal teams.
• Maintaining organized financial records, including payments and client communications.
• Following up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Cooperating with U.S.-based teams and healthcare providers to enhance billing processes.
• Generating financial reports for internal use and client review.

Requirements include:

• A detail-focused mindset.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and billing/accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
