• Managing financial transactions and ensuring records are up to date.
• Handling calls and emails with insurance companies to provide account updates and resolve queries.
• Processing and verifying billing and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintaining precise financial records and verifying insurance and account details.
• Preparing monthly reports for internal teams and clients.
• Supporting audits by organizing records and providing necessary documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with data security policies and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Sharp attention to detail – accuracy is everything in bookkeeping.
• Clear, professional communication in English (B2+ level).
• Ability to operate independently and adapt to changing priorities.
