What this role involves: - Talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve payment-related issues.
- Making sure all sides get the right info and payments are processed correctly.
- Keeping clear, organized records of all interactions.
- Identifying ways to improve the payment process and make things more efficient.
- Providing top-tier customer support and problem-solving assistance.
Requirements: - Strong English skills (B2+ level).
- Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
