Healthcare Claims Researcher at Pharmbills

Pharmbills is seeking a Healthcare Claims Researcher to join their team in Ukraine. In this role, he/she will be responsible for investigating unpaid claims, determining the reasons for non-payment, and facilitating the resolution process. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication abilities.

• Investigating unpaid claims and determining the reasons for non-payment.
• Proposing creative solutions to facilitate outstanding payments.
• Communicating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients.
• Maintaining detailed records of claims, research, and resolutions.
• Generating reports on outstanding claims and recovery strategies.
• Staying updated on healthcare regulations and insurance policies.

Pharmbills requires:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Great analytical and research abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Clear and professional English communication skills (B2+ level).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in healthcare claims, billing, or accounts receivable is a plus.
• Flexibility to provide services according to the New York time zone.
