Pharmbills is seeking a Healthcare Customer Support Agent to join their growing international team. This role is a remote position based in Ukraine.

As a Healthcare Customer Support Agent, the candidate will be responsible for helping patients and healthcare organizations with payment-related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Ensuring accurate information and proper payment processing for all parties involved.
  • Maintaining clear and organized records of all interactions.
  • Suggesting improvements to payment processes for smoother operations.
  • Providing top-level support and assisting individuals in resolving problems.

Requirements:

  • Strong English skills (B2+ level) for clear and professional communication.
  • Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
  • Great multitasking skills to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Natural problem-solving abilities to find solutions.
  • Friendly and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to balance independence and collaboration within the team.
