This role is based in Bogota, with the possibility of remote work after a 3-month trial period and successful completion of tests. The Customer Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, assisting them with payment issues and ensuring smooth operations. Role Involves:

Requirements:
  • Strong English skills (B2+ level).
  • Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
