With over 2,400 stores, the group aims to provide customers with the latest products from top brands. They are looking for Sales Assistant at their store in Orio al Serio, Bergamo, Italy

As a member of the JD Sports Team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers. The Sales Assistant will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Checking and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Experience in the retail sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
