Pharmbills is seeking a Healthcare Customer Support Agent to join their team in Odesa or Kyiv. This role involves providing support to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring smooth communication and transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to sort out payment-related issues.
  • Making sure all sides get the right info and payments go through properly.
  • Keeping clear, organized records of all interactions.
  • Suggesting ways to improve payment processes and make things run smoother.
  • Providing top-level support and helping people resolve problems.

Requirements:
  • Strong English skills (B2+ level).
  • Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
  • Great multitasking skills.
  • A natural problem-solver.
  • Friendly and professional communication.
  • Ability to balance independence and collaboration with the team.
