Pharmbills is seeking a Healthcare Dispatcher to join their team. This role is fully remote and based in Ukraine. The Healthcare Dispatcher will be responsible for being the primary link between healthcare providers, service teams, and clients, facilitating scheduling, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving any service-related challenges.
Role Involves:
- Scheduling and managing healthcare service appointments.
- Coordinating between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of appointments and service requests.
- Following up to confirm service completion.
- Generating reports on service performance and appointment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level).
- Adaptability to align with U.S.-based service hours.
