Junior Account Manager at Pharmbills

Pharmbills is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their fast-growing international team. This role is fully remote and based in Ukraine. The Junior Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for patient accounts, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Managing patient accounts and keeping them up to date.
• Coordinating with patients, providers, and insurers to resolve financial issues.
• Tracking payments and ensuring timely processing.
• Keeping financial records clear and organized.
• Identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
• Providing reliable support to ensure smooth account management.

Requirements:

• Strong English skills (B2+ level).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Problem solver.
• Great communicator.
• Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines.
• Experience in account management is a plus.
