• Following up to confirm service completion.
• Generating reports on service performance and appointment outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level).
• Adaptability to align with U.S.-based service hours.
