Invoicing Specialist at Pharmbills

Pharmbills is looking for an Invoicing Specialist to be a key link between financial records, payments, and clients. The Invoicing Specialist will work with a fast-growing international team connecting professionals with top U.S. healthcare and insurance companies.

Role Involves:

• Creating and verifying invoices for healthcare services.
• Keeping billing records updated and accurate.
• Tracking payments and reconciling accounts.
• Communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Preparing reports on invoicing and outstanding accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with client policies and U.S. healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, or finance-related roles.
• Proficiency in invoicing/accounting software and strong Excel skills.
• A sharp eye for detail – accuracy is everything.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication.
• Great time management – ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
