- Sourcing and attracting talent for finance-related roles.
- Managing candidate pipelines using ATS and CRM tools.
- Interviewing and assessing candidate fit.
- Leveraging knowledge of the Colombian job market.
- Collaborating with hiring managers.
- Coordinating offers and supporting onboarding.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in finance-related roles.
- Deep understanding of Colombian recruitment channels.
- Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, ATS & CRM platforms.
- B2+ English proficiency.
- Results-driven approach.
- Availability to collaborate according to U.S. business hours.
