The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical systems to meet business requirements. • Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Performing regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implementing and managing system security measures.
• Maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborating with other IT teams and departments.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
• Analyzing system performance and recommending improvements.
• Assisting in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Staying current with new technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Operations Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
