The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and operations teams to optimize business processes, ensuring the Salesforce platform meets the company’s evolving needs.

This role requires expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, with a strong understanding of Territory Management considered an asset. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for customizing and configuring Salesforce, developing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. As well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role involves:

• Designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud.
• Customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Managing and optimizing Territory Management features within the Sales Cloud.
• Developing and maintaining Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to Salesforce capabilities.
• Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring data quality within Salesforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and 5+ years in Software Development.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API integrations.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
