The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and building a career in recruitment. This role involves identifying and engaging IT professionals, supporting the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Conducting initial screens and interviews
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks
- Fostering strong relationships with candidates
The ideal candidate should have:
- +3 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles
- Experience working with Greenhouse ATS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
