The IT Project Manager at Launchpad will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Managing project budgets efficiently.
• Leading project teams, providing direction and support.
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Communicating with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies.
• Conducting post-project reviews and documenting lessons learned.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
