Job Description
BSR®, a sustainable business network and consultancy, is seeking an Associate to join their team in Tokyo. This role involves supporting BSR's mission through research, analysis, and project execution. The Associate will work closely with Project Managers and Directors, contributing to business consulting, training, and personal development initiatives.
Role Involves:
- Conducting research and analysis on sustainability leadership practices.
- Creating client-ready deliverables, workshop content, and other materials.
- Supporting senior colleagues in the development of project work plans and budgets.
- Contributing to the content and design of working group meetings, training, and workshops.
- Coordinating membership services for BSR member companies.
- Providing assistance on special projects and assignments.
Requirements:
- More than 4 years of professional experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High degree of fluency in English and Japanese.
- Japanese fluency and experience working in the Japanese market is a must.
- Self-motivated with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undertake up to 15% business travel.
