Associate (Tokyo) at BSR

BSR, a sustainable business network and consultancy, is seeking an Associate to join their team in Tokyo. The Associate will play a crucial role in advancing BSR's mission by conducting research and analysis, creating written materials, and supporting project execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and Directors, contributing to business consulting, training initiatives, and personal development activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting BSR teams in research, writing, and knowledge management.
• Creating client-ready deliverables and workshop content.
• Conducting research and analysis on sustainability practices and trends.
• Supporting senior colleagues in project planning and budgeting.
• Contributing to the content and design of meetings, training, and workshops.
• Coordinating membership services for BSR member companies.
• Providing assistance on special projects.

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• High degree of fluency in English and Japanese.
• Japanese fluency and experience in the Japanese market is a must.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
