PUM Representative

Job Description

PUM is seeking a dynamic and culturally sensitive PUM Representative to act as a liaison between SMEs and experts, guiding growth and fostering sustainable development. This role is based in Dublin.

The PUM Representative will be the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and facilitating efficient collaborations. They will actively seek out, examine, support, and guide new projects, contributing to the realization of the impact plan for their region and wider Morocco.

Responsibilities include:

• Forging partnerships with entrepreneurs, assisting them in developing sustainable and inclusive businesses.
• Driving the impact plan for their region and Morocco as a whole.

Requirements:

• Authenticity, resilience, humility, and dynamism.
• Strong intercultural sensitivity.
• Access to an extensive network of SMEs.
• Experience in program management within the public and private sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of the socio-economic context, language, and culture of Morocco.
• Excellent networking and acquisition skills.
• Proficiency in English, Arabic, and French.
• Comfortable with digital tools, especially Microsoft Office 365.
