Job Description

PUM is seeking a dynamic and culturally sensitive individual to join their team as a Representative in Morocco. This role involves empowering ambitious entrepreneurs to build a better future for their communities on a social, ecological, and economic level. The Representative will act as a liaison between SMEs and experts, guiding growth and fostering sustainable development.

The Representative will be the first point of contact for clients, building relationships and facilitating collaborations. This person will also be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding the network to achieve the impact plan for Morocco.

Role Involves:

• Identifying, reviewing, supporting, and guiding new projects.
• Partnering with entrepreneurs to develop sustainable and inclusive businesses.
• Contributing to the social, ecological, and economic well-being of the community.
• Driving the achievement of the impact plan for the region and Morocco as a whole.

Requirements:

• Authentic, resilient, humble, and dynamic professional with intercultural sensitivity.
• Access to a broad network of SMEs.
• Experience in program management in the public and private sectors, preferably in development cooperation.
• In-depth knowledge of the socio-economic context, language, and culture of Morocco.
• Networking skills and excellent acquisition abilities.
• Excellent command of English, Arabic, and French.
• Comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.

Role Offers:

• Freelance position with 1-2 days per week commitment.
• Compensation of 100 EUR per month plus 400 EUR commission per project completed.
