Engineer Team Lead

Job Description

Coterra Energy Inc. is seeking an Engineer Team Lead to coordinate the Asset Management program for the Permian Business Unit. This role involves utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to analyze asset performance and work orders. The Engineer Team Lead will provide technical and business support for the interface between the Asset Management System (AMS) and CMMS, ensuring data transfer across departments and databases. They will also assist the Digital Innovation team with implementing an Enterprise Asset Management Solution and support engineering professionals with various technical and administrative tasks. The role involves:

• Coordinating the Permian Business Unit module of the incoming AMS.
• Managing user setup of CMMS software and its functionalities.
• Monitoring data transfer between CMMS and other core business systems.
• Providing support to CMMS users.
• Managing user access to the CMMS.
• Ensuring CMMS data integrity.
• Developing reports and dashboard queries for user requirements.
• Acting as a liaison for problem-solving with staff and software vendors.
• Assisting with data acquisition and preparation.
• Supporting research and analytical projects.

Requirements include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with large data sets and database management.
• Demonstrated Data Science aptitude and Spotfire knowledge.
• Proficiency in a programming language like SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
