The Maintenance Technician will support HVAC installers in installing and replacing equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for retrieving parts and supporting the ordering process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and a desire to learn the HVAC trade.

Role Involves:

• Installing and replacing HVAC equipment.
• Supporting HVAC installers.
• Retrieving parts for orders.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and entrepreneurial nature.
• Ability to follow directions and specific process steps.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
