Tactile Systems Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Director. This role involves building and developing a high-performing sales team and establishing sales strategies to achieve targets. The Regional Sales Director will play a crucial role in penetrating underserved clinical markets and assisting in the development of sales compensation and training programs. He must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of Territory Account Managers.
Establish sales strategies to attain sales goals.
Research and identify marketing opportunities.
Assist with the development of compensation and training programs.
Educate therapists, patients, and physicians on products.
Provide customer support with training and reimbursement concerns.
Provide input in senior management meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience.
Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales management experience.
Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through strategic partnerships.
5-10 years of experience in sales management.
Demonstrated ability to launch new products.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.
Travel 70% of the time.
