Job Description
Tactile Systems Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Director. This role involves building and developing a high-performing sales team and establishing sales strategies to achieve targets. The Regional Sales Director will play a crucial role in penetrating underserved clinical markets and assisting in the development of sales compensation and training programs. He must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of Territory Account Managers.
  • Establish sales strategies to attain sales goals.
  • Research and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of compensation and training programs.
  • Educate therapists, patients, and physicians on products.
  • Provide customer support with training and reimbursement concerns.
  • Provide input in senior management meetings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience.
  • Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales management.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch new products.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Travel 70% of the time.
