Job Description
Southwest Key Programs is seeking a Case Aide to assist the Case Manager in youth supervision and data entry. The Case Aide is responsible for facilitating workshops or groups and must maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.This role involves:
  • Supporting the Case Manager in delivering skills-building programs.
  • Providing direct supervision for youth at all times.
  • Promoting positive interaction among youth participants.
  • Entering data promptly into Southwest Key Programs’ database.
  • Developing helping relationships with youth.
  • Completing required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Participating in daily program activities and assisting with transportation if necessary.
  • Reviewing case files to become familiar with youth history.
  • Maintaining required trainings and certifications.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college hours or at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • A valid state driver’s license.
  • A cleared criminal background check.
  • Ability to obtain First Aid Certification (CPR).
