IGT is seeking a Sr. Manager, Leadership & Learning to join their Global Talent Management & Development team. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for creating the vision and mission for the global learning strategy, addressing the needs of all professionals and managers. This role involves managing a team of 3+ colleagues and reporting to the Sr. Director Global Talent Management & Development.IGT is looking for someone who can lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide leadership & learning initiatives, focusing on management and professional development, diversity & inclusion, and compliance training. The role requires engaging with key stakeholders, managing a facilitation team, and using data to drive evidence-based decision making.Role involves:
  • Leading a global matrixed leadership & learning team.
  • Designing and executing enterprise-wide leadership & learning initiatives.
  • Leading the digital strategy leveraging existing e-learning platforms.
  • Managing vendors to partner with on strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years of leadership development and training/e-learning experience.
  • 5+ years of direct supervisory experience, leading remote teams.
  • Experience leading teams in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
