Capital Markets - Financial Reporting & Analysis

Job Description

The Capital Markets Financial Reporting & Analysis role involves financial support for the WM Investment Solutions business. The individual will interact with business leads, provide product KPIs, and deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with CFO senior management.
• Interact with investment solutions business leads.
• Provide product KPIs and recurring/ad-hoc analyses.
• Oversee financial statement production and analysis.
• Develop enhanced analytics and produce automated visualizations / dashboards.
• Summarize results to give easily understandable explanations.
• Build and run models for forecasting/budgeting.
• Run business models for stress testing.
• Partner with various groups across the firm.
• Monitor close activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Experience with Advanced Excel, Tableau, VBA, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Business Objects, Dataiku, SQL, Controllers Workbench.
• Experience with stress testing, financial planning, advanced data analysis, and modelling.
