Medical Assistant (CMA/EMT/LPN)

Job Description

Peachtree Immediate Care is seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA/EMT/LPN) to join their team at the Oakwood location. The Medical Assistant will work full-time, with 3x12-hour shifts and rotating weekends. This role involves regional float responsibilities.

The Medical Assistant will assist medical providers with patient care, perform vital signs, conduct lab tests, administer medications, and maintain exam rooms. They will also support occupational health services and radiographic imaging where applicable, ensuring patient comfort and following safety protocols.

Role Involves:

• Assisting medical providers with patient care, exams, and minor procedures.
• Performing vital signs and documenting patient information.
• Conducting lab tests and administering medications.
• Maintaining exam rooms and medical equipment.
• Supporting occupational health services and radiographic imaging.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred) or licensed as an LPN or EMT.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required).
• Reliable transportation to travel between regional locations.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
