Job Description
Din Tai Fung is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role manages the restaurant's day-to-day operations, focusing on front-of-house activities, ensuring brand standards, managing inventories, and controlling costs related to product and labor to meet budgets.
Role involves:
- Managing day to day of restaurant.
- Managing the brand.
- Ensuring service meets the brand.
- Managing inventories.
- Controlling costs related to product and labor.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or education
- Manager’s Food Handler's Card
- Flexible Work Schedule
- Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team
- Basic cooking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed
