Job Description
Example Corp is seeking an Operations Compliance Analyst to join their team. This role is based in New York, NY and offers a hybrid work environment. The Operations Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring vendor compliance, managing documentation, and collaborating with various teams to resolve compliance issues. They will work closely with the Production, Supply Chain Operations, and Finance teams to monitor data, review violations, and issue credits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own vendor compliance manual and ensure updates are made as necessary.
  • Partner with the 3PL Distribution Center team to address infractions and noncompliance.
  • Monitor data collection processes.
  • Review vendor compliance issues with the Production team.
  • Present violations and resulting charges to vendors.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Partner with the Finance team to issue credits for compliance failures.
  • Record and publish reports highlighting recoveries and opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Strategic thinking and performance abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Solid math skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree (business/supply chain preferred).
  • 2+ years' experience in auditing, accounting, or inventory control.
  • Customer service skills.
