Job Description

The Project Manager will strategize and implement program initiatives, develop assessment protocols, and maintain organizational standards. They will oversee project teams, manage budgets, and ensure program goals are reached.

Role Involves:

• Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives
• Developing program assessment protocols
• Maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Overseeing multiple project teams
• Managing budget and funding channels
• Planning project scope, deliverables, resources, and budget
• Managing project teams for optimal ROI
• Identifying key requirements from cross-functional teams and vendors
• Developing and managing project budgets
• Identifying risks and opportunities across multiple projects
• Analyzing and overcoming program risks
• Producing program reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
