Job Description

AWP, North America’s leading traffic control specialist, is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger for its Neptune and surrounding areas location. The Traffic Control Flagger will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of customer crews, drivers, and teams.

The Traffic Control Flagger role involves:

• Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment
• Communicating with a partner to maintain safety.
• Controlling traffic flow using stop/slow paddles
• Providing excellent service and protection

Requirements for the Traffic Control Flagger role include:

• Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day.
• Ability to lift 40-45 lbs.
• Willingness to work in all types of weather and traffic conditions
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test
