Private Credit Associate

Job Description

Carlyle is seeking a motivated individual for a Private Credit Associate position in either New York or San Francisco. The candidate will actively participate in a team-oriented environment, contributing to various responsibilities within the private credit sector.

The role involves the following:

• Conducting fundamental credit analysis of diverse companies and industries.
• Performing financial statement analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and potential investment opportunities.
• Assisting in the development of actionable private credit transactions, focusing on direct lending and mezzanine opportunities.
• Preparing investment committee materials and presenting ideas.
• Conducting due diligence on assets.
• Analyzing deal terms and covenant structures.
