Carlyle is seeking a motivated individual for a Private Credit Associate position in either New York or San Francisco. The candidate will actively participate in a team-oriented environment, contributing to various responsibilities within the private credit sector.
The role involves the following:
- Conducting fundamental credit analysis of diverse companies and industries.
- Performing financial statement analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and potential investment opportunities.
- Assisting in the development of actionable private credit transactions, focusing on direct lending and mezzanine opportunities.
- Preparing investment committee materials and presenting ideas.
- Conducting due diligence on assets.
- Analyzing deal terms and covenant structures.
