OpenClassrooms is seeking a legal apprentice to join its Legal & Compliance Department. The apprentice will collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact directly with OpenClassrooms' clients. This is an apprenticeship position to be filled as soon as possible.
The role involves:
- Performing legal analyses and drafting legal notes in French and English.
- Drafting legal documents (termination letters, confidentiality agreements, etc.).
- Assisting in drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contracts.
- Performing legal and administrative formalities.
- Assisting on questions of education law.
- Assisting on the deployment of the GDPR compliance program.
- Performing legal watch and research.
- Preparing newsletters, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements:
- 3rd cycle / Master 2 in Law, with a specialization in NTIC and intellectual property.
- Knowledge of the provisions of the Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
- Fluent/bilingual English.
- First experience in a law firm is a plus.
- Proficiency in IT tools (G Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
