Job Description
Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Barcelona team. The Senior Account manager will serve as customer-facing product expert and showcase Greenhouse as a platform for organizational change. He will be part of a team that strives to help customers transform the way they hire. This role offers insight into the product roadmap and elevates customer experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for support communications.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues with Greenhouse products.
  • Expand knowledge of products and technical skills.
  • Provide recommendations for product and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Customer-facing work experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven perseverance in resolving customer requests.
  • Passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience resolving technical issues using chat and email is a plus.
