Job Description

Clarks is seeking a Sales Team Member to join their team in London, UK. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for providing a fantastic shopping experience for customers, welcoming them into the store, and ensuring the shop floor is spotless. They will also be involved in the end-to-end selling process, providing advice, and closing sales.

This is a role within a franchise store, which operates like a regular Clarks store but is managed by a business owner who combines their local knowledge and passion for the brand with Clarks' support.

Role Involves:

• Welcoming customers into the store
• Ensuring the shop floor is spotless
• Assisting in the stockroom
• Building rapport with customers
• Playing an active role in every stage of the end-to-end selling process
• Providing advice and ensuring each and every customer leaves the store delighted
