Stone is seeking an Account Executive Senior - Farmer to join their team in São Paulo. This role is focused on retaining and growing a portfolio of clients with medium to high digital transaction volumes.

The Account Executive Senior - Farmer will be responsible for strategically managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for service improvements, building strong relationships, and finding opportunities to increase revenue and expand the portfolio. This person will serve as a product and payment technology expert.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of medium/high transaction volume clients
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business
  • Contacting clients to map performance and opportunities
  • Creating metrics and best practices to anticipate and reverse churn
  • Analyzing KPIs and sending performance reports
  • Interfacing with technology, risk, and product teams

Requirements:

  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques (NPS)
  • 3+ years of commercial experience
  • Experience in payment industry (desirable)
