Stone is seeking a Senior Account Executive - Hunter to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. The role focuses on expanding the company's reach and creating lasting client relationships. Stone is a technology and financial services company dedicated to serving Brazilian entrepreneurs.

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales and the ability to generate relevant opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Mapping e-commerce businesses suitable for Pagar.me products.
  • Prospecting e-commerce businesses and generating interest in our product.
  • Diagnosing problems/opportunities in client operations.
  • Negotiating and selling our products consultatively.
  • Onboarding clients to our system.
  • Managing clients throughout the sales process.
  • Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial and inside sales.
  • Proven experience with active prospecting.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (e.g., Spin Selling).
  • Results-oriented with a focus on closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your routine, activities, goals, and results.
  • Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Resilience in achieving goals and solving problems.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
