Job Description

Stone, a Brazilian financial services and technology company, is seeking a highly motivated Agente Stone (External Sales Consultant) to join their team in Águas de Lindoia, São Paulo. This role focuses on driving new customer acquisition and managing relationships with existing clients within a designated territory.

The Agente Stone will play a critical role in expanding Stone's presence and supporting Brazilian entrepreneurship by offering payment solutions and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients in the assigned territory.
  • Managing a portfolio of active clients and providing post-sales support.
  • Participating in daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learnings.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Completed high school education.
  • Experience in external sales, preferably in the financial services.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
