Stone is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as an External Sales Consultant in Marau, Rio Grande do Sul. This role is pivotal in connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with Stone's financial solutions.
The consultant will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing client portfolios, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for serving clients, and a desire for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new clients in the Marau region.
- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing clients through continuous relationship building and post-sales support.
- Participating in daily team meetings to strategize, set goals, and share insights.
- Providing exceptional service to Stone's clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
- Must be of legal age.
- Prior sales experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
