Stone is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as an Agente Stone - Consultor(a) Comercial Externo in Osasco, São Paulo. This role is pivotal in expanding Stone's reach and providing exceptional service to their clients. The individual will work in external routines to get new clients.
The Agente Stone will be responsible of managing a portfolio of active clients and also after-sales. He/She will participate in daily team meetings to define plans, goals, and share learning experiences. The company appreciates an approach to customers with excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new clients in the assigned area.
- Managing a portfolio of active clients and providing after-sales support.
- Participating in daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learning experiences.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Completed high school education.
- Previous experience in external sales within the acquiring or financial services sector is desirable.
- Strong negotiation and commercial approach skills.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented and goal-driven manner.
