Stone, a technology and financial services company, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join their team in Serra Negra, Brazil. Stone focuses on client satisfaction and transforming the payments industry to support Brazilian entrepreneurship. The company is the largest independent payment processing company in Brazil, with over fifteen thousand employees across the country.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing existing client relationships, participating in team meetings, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new clients in the assigned territory.
- Managing a portfolio of active clients and providing post-sales support.
- Participating in daily team meetings to plan, set goals, and share learnings.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Completed high school education.
- Prior experience in external sales in the acquiring or financial services sector is desirable.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven approach.
