Job Description

Stone is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join their team as an Agente Stone - Consultor(a) Comercial Externo in the Zona Oeste of Rio de Janeiro. The role involves external sales activities, focusing on prospecting new clients within a designated route. The consultant will manage a portfolio of active clients, providing excellent after-sales service and attending daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new clients in the assigned route.
  • Managing the portfolio of active clients and providing after-sales service.
  • Attending daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learning experiences.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Completed high school education.
  • Prior experience in external sales within the acquiring or financial services sector is desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial approach skills.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented and goal-driven manner.
