Stone is seeking a Business Development professional to join their Partner Program. The role involves building long-term partnerships and integrating financial technology with partners' management solutions. The Business Development will work with autonomy to foster partner relationships, develop new products, and enhance competitiveness in the market.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and engaging with directors, CEOs, and CTOs of various companies.
Leading partners into the Stone Partner Program and aligning them with strategic initiatives.
Addressing multifaceted issues involving regulatory, legal, product, and business aspects.
Exercising sound business judgment to make strategic and operational decisions.
Continuously learning about strategies, sales, products, and technology.
Requirements:

+5 years' work experience
Familiarity and experience in financial and digital products, technologies
