Stone, a Brazilian financial services company, is seeking a Consultor(a) Comercial Externo (External Sales Consultant) to join their team in Ilha do Governador, Rio de Janeiro. This role involves external prospecting, client management, and delivering excellent customer service.
The role involves:
- Prospecting new clients in the assigned route.
- Managing a portfolio of active clients and providing post-sales support.
- Participating in daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learnings.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Ensino médio completo (Completed high school education).
- Experience in external sales within the acquirer or financial services sector is desirable.
- Strong negotiation and commercial approach skills.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment and meet targets.
