The role involves:
Establishing contact with clients to offer suitable credit solutions.
Conducting negotiations and building strong client relationships.
Managing and expanding the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Conducting commercial visits for prospecting and relationship maintenance.
Analyzing clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed decisions.
Collaborating with different company areas to optimize processes and results.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and expand the network.
The requirements are:
Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector.
Experience in credit risk analysis and financial mathematics.
Skills in negotiation and portfolio management.
Knowledge of the regional market and experience in sales.
Ability to interpret credit policies clearly.
