As a Sales Assistant at JD Sports, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers. They will assist customers in order to maximize store productivity, exceeding sales targets and utilizing the devices in the store.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales by leveraging the company's digital channels.
• Assisting in maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Checking stock on the sales floor and replacing it when necessary.

Requirements:

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and a good level of attention to detail.
• Registration with the Compulsory Placement lists L. 68/99 is required.
