Stone is seeking a CRM Leader to focus on client acquisition. The role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and operates on a hybrid work model.
The CRM Leader will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies for acquiring new customers.
- Leading the CRM team in creating personalized and effective communication journeys via Email, HSM, SMS, and Push.
- Analyzing CRM data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
The requirements for this role include:
- Graduation in areas such as Marketing, Administration, Communication, Economics, Engineering, or related areas.
- Ability to analyze metrics (conversion rate, ROI, etc.) and generate insights to optimize campaigns.
- Experience with customer behavior analysis and creation of lead nurturing strategies.
- Knowledge in SQL (differential).
