StoneCo is seeking a Senior International Treasury Analyst to join its multidisciplinary team focused on optimizing capital structure, mitigating market risks, and promoting financial efficiency. The role is based in São Paulo and involves strategic financial operations and market risk management. StoneCo values teamwork, flexibility, and continuous development.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitoring foreign exchange and interest rate exposure.
  • Pricing and negotiating hedging operations.
  • Updating cash and cash flow reports.
  • Supporting liquidity control.
  • Automating financial processes using Python and Excel.
  • Interacting with other departments such as accounting, auditing, and legal to ensure continuous information flow.

Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange risk management and hedging.
  • Experience in cash management and treasury.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Python).
  • Experience in bank reconciliation and cash flows.
  • Financial analysis and reporting skills.
