Stone Tech is seeking a Sênior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join their Customer Platforms team. Stone Tech aims to transform the payments industry by offering solutions to entrepreneurs in Brazil. The Customer Platforms area at Stone is responsible for providing the technological infrastructure that enables the company to put the customer first. Their systems connect with customers from the initial interaction throughout their journey.
As a Sênior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer, the individual will create AI generative and Machine Learning solutions for conversational products using WhatsApp and Twilio. This includes direct involvement in prompt engineering, software engineering, data analysis, and model creation.
Role Involves:
- Creating solutions with AI generative and Machine Learning for conversational products.
- Participating in prompt engineering, software engineering, data analysis, and model creation.
- Working in an agile model focused on results through experiments and short validation cycles.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Vast experience in Python, designing and experimenting with ML models.
- Experience in projects with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Ability to conduct consistent and clear quantitative analyses.
- Ability to document and communicate data-driven insights.
- Experience in rapid interaction cycles related to model training/tuning, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques, information retrieval, and optimization.
- Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
